About me...
This site belongs to Ali Hurworth: Doncaster-based FdA student web designer at University Centre, Wakefield College.I'm hugely interested in online marketing. You may have heard of Google, but there's no reason much smaller organisations should not be able to make use of the data they generate to promote a positive dialogue with the people they come into contact with.
At the same time, citizens can also use the power of networks to build communities, especially at a time when many of the the most vulnerable people are facing spiteful attacks from an establishement which seems only to care about making money for itself.
I also work in a fabulously stylish bar and restaurant in Doncaster town centre.
About this site
You can contact me using the form on the contact page. As part of the new design, we have a new host (hydro-host.net).Some parts of the site are updated more often than others, such as the blog. Other parts will be changed every now and then, as it's a portfolio too. Apologies if bookmarked links suddenly don't appear to work, I will try to keep this to a minimum! You can always head to the site map.
If you would like to contribute to the blog, or would like something featured, please get in touch!
